Severely cracked and potholed driveways and loading bays at a local Perth Shopping Centre carpark needed urgent attention. Due to rain leaving a wet surface the potholes were first swept clean, tacked with a bitumen emulsion and filled with asphalt/bitumen/hotmix to remove the immediate danger issue.

We returned to this busy local Shopping Centre carpark and loading bay to lay large patches of asphalt/bitumen/hotmix over the worst worn and cracked areas.
This will solve the immediate problem of potholes appearing this winter and the Centre Management have informed me they will be proceeding to remove all the cracked and damaged asphalt surface and resurface the problem areas in the coming summer.
