The first three photos show a section of a hardstand ROW at the rear of industrial units.
The owners of two of the units contracted us to raise the edge of the hardstand ROW adjacent to the concrete slab.
Currently, there is a large step up which is a trip hazard and dangerous for forklift use.
The photos below show the completed works.
We spread, compacted and waterbound approximately 12 tonnes of roadbase to make the drive from the ROW to the concrete slab flush.
The owners were not concerned with the potholes in the centre of the ROW so this area was not part of our Contract.
