Below are photos of patching completed for a commercial carpark in Bentley.
The owners are installing a new concrete crossover and required the edges to be patched with a an asphalt/hotmix shoulder which will be cut straight to allow for new concrete kerb and crossover to meet flush with the asphalt.
Tack and a 50mm thick layer of 10mm granite black hotmix was laid for the patchwork - including around the newly installed bollard.
The edges of the patching look rough but these are the shoulders that had to be installed to allow for compaction of the patchwork edges. Once cooled down the edges will be cut straight and removed to allow for the new concrete crossover.
