The owner of this large block in the Perth suburb of Stoneville was constantly dealing with dust in summer and mud in winter. The existing surface was prepared and compacted before being sealed with black asphalt / hotmix / bitumen. The finished sealed surface has solved the owners issues with the old surface and given their kids a smooth surface to play basketball!
