Mosman Park - crossover - resurface - asphalt - hotmix

Before and after pictures of a worn out shared crossover which was partially resurfaced as only one owner chose to do so.

Half of this crossover has been swept and prepared ready for resurfacing.

The potholes were prefilled, the surface was tacked with a bitumen emulsion and a 25mm thick layer of asphalt/hotmix was laid and compacted with a vibrating roller to create a new crossover.

The property also had the problem of rain water running on to the crossover from the road and into the front yard which was solved by raising the edge adjacent to the road approximately 75mm. This ensured all the rain water stayed on the road and flowed down to the drains.
