Osborne Park - carpark - driveway - resurface

The owner of this badly worn carpark for residential apartments which has been patched on many occasions decided to finally resurface the area with a bitumen tack and 25mm thick layer of black 7mm granite black asphalt/hotmix.
Once the resurfacing of the area was completed we sprinkled a bit of sand to allow immediate use by the tenants vehicles.
It will be many years/decades before this area needs any attention by way of patching or repair work.
