This driveway in the Perth hills began to crack and move due to underground clay movement. The damaged area was sawcut, clay and contaminated basework removed and new roadbase installed and waterbound. There is a slight color difference between the old and new asphalt/bitumen surface due to the oxidization of the existing surface. The new surface is now solid and ready to use immediately.
