This large driveway in the Perth Hills suburb of Mt Richon was unsealed, slippery and had major problems with rainwater. The sub-base was repaired and roadbase used to correct all levels and ensure all rainwater was controlled. Red hotmix/asphalt/bitumen was used to seal the suface over several days to ensure the owner could still access his property during construction.
