This commerccal carpark is located near the river in the Perth suburb of Maylands.
The area was badly potholed and damaged creating trip hazards and an unsafe work site.
The damaged section was saw cut and removed, new roadbase installed and sealed with black asphalt / hotmix / bitumen.
