Morley - Shopping Centre carpark & loading bay patching

Below are before and after photos of potholed and subsided sections of carpark and loading bay.

The long term plans are to eventually resurface the entire carpark but in the meantime the worn and damaged areas need to be patched for safety reasons.

As the existing asphalt surface is very thin, sawcutting and patching ensuring a good seal was not practicable.

The patches were swept clean, tacked with a bitumen emulsion and filled with 7mm granite black hotmix/asphalt mix - overlapping edges.
