This newly constructed house required a new driveway to be installed. The existing clay surface had become slippery and made the approach to the house dangerous. The existing clay was removed, roadbase installed and compacted before granite black asphalt / hotmix was used to seal the surface. The property can now be accessed safely and easily, without tracking mud into the new house.
