This photo shows a worn crossover with large potholes showing exposed roadbase.
Someone has previously patched one pothole with red asphalt/hotmix/bitumen and others with black.
The owner has decided the time has come to stop patching potholes and resurface the whole crossover with a 25mm layer of black asphalt/hotmix/bitumen, including the water diversion hump in front of the crossover adjacent to the road.
