Below are 2 photos of a badly damaged concrete crossover to a vacant block of land.
The local council asked the owner to remove the broken sections of concrete as a safety precaution prior to the commencement of building works.
Below is a photo of the damaged crossover with the concrete sections removed.
We have installed roadbase to fill the excavations level and compacted and waterbound to form a hardstand surface. This will ensure that once building work starts and heavy trucks start using the entrance that no sections of broken concrete move in such a way that it could cause a hazzard.
