Temporary pothole patching and repairs throughout this Shopping Centre carpark and loading bay area are carried out 2 to 3 times a year until the areas are due to be ripped up and re-sealed with a 14mm granite black asphalt @ 50mm thick to cater for heavy haulage vehicles.
In the meantime, the potholes have been swept out, tacked with a bitumen emulsion and patched with a 7mm granite black hotmix/asphalt mix - overlapping edges to ensure a good seal is made. On this trip approximately 18 potholes have been patched.
