Osborne Park - commercial - ramp - repair - safety

The owners of this Osborne Park showroom warehouse were concerned about a trip hazard in front of the building.

We sawcut the proposed edge of the ramp to be able to tie the new asphalt/hotmix ramp flush into the neighbouring surfaces.

The trip hazard has now been removed as their is no longer a lip from the asphalt/hotmix carpark to the concrete landing.

A bitumen tack was first applied to ensure good adhesion from old to new surfaces.
