This property had an existing single driveway that did not meet the requirements of the new owner. The existing concrete was removed and disposed off site before roadbase was installed and compacted at 100mm thick. The roadbase was left to dry out and set before red asphalt /hotmix / bitumen was laid at 25mm to seal the surface. The owner now has plenty of parking and access to his garage.
