Below are the before pictures of a commercial carpark in the northern Perth suburb of Balcatta which is worn and has a few potholes.
The carpark was closed over the weekend in which time we swept the surface, trimmed back the edges to tie in flush, prefilled potholes and resurfaced the carpark and crossover with a bitumen tack and 25mm thick layer of 7mm granite black hotmix/asphalt.
The carpark was then sprinkled with sand to allow for re-opening and immediate use.
