Below are before and after photos of potholes patched in a commercial carpark situated in the Perth suburb of Maylands.
The carpark is in obvious need of resurfacing but the owners have managed to extend the life of its safe use by many years - contracting our Company to patch the potholes annually.
The potholes were swept clean, tacked with a bitumen emulsion and filled with 7mm granite black hotmix/asphalt.
The potholes were overlapped to ensure a good seal.
