Below are before, during and after photos of pothole patching repairs to a red residential driveway in the Perth hills suburb of Darlington.
The potholes were swept clean, tacked with a bitumen emulsion, filled with 7mm laterite/gravelpave with 1% oxide hotmix/asphalt and compacted ensuring the edges were overlapped for a good seal.
As the new asphalt ages it will lighten up closer to the colour of the existing older surface.
